Regional Chains Project

You remember the first time you met people your age who lived somewhere else?  Maybe it was the first day of overnight summer camp.  Maybe it was the first week of college.  One of the first things to come up was the “do you guys have this” game.  You talked about home, the places you went, the restaurants you frequented, your favorite spots.  Remember the first time a California bragged about In-’n-Out Burger?

While covering the big fast food restaurants (McDonald’s, I began to notice how regional many restaurant chains are.  Sure, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Arby’s, and Denny’s have totally national footprints.  But, chains like Whataburger, Biscuitville, or Raising Cane’s might not ring a bell for most of America.  This is my attempt to bring attention to these restaurants.
